MY LOVE FOR: VO5 CONDITIONERS

I totally adore Vo5 conditioners for as long as I am on a hair journey. My mother was the one who always brought home Vo5 for my dad, who is bald by-the-way lol. When I learned about co washing, I realize girls use this brand since it is really inexpensive but very moisturizing.

So I started using them for everything. I loved them while relaxed and transitioning. Now I am natural again, they are forever in my stash. I always buy four types. I hardly try other because these are truly my favs. I use them as base for homemade deep conditioners, stylers and Co washing. My four staple "flavors" are;

These two are my absolute favorites. They smell amazing and leaves my hair so soft. I like to mix aloe vera juice with these for an extra boost of moisture. I uses these two types for the Moisture Milks line as leave in or stylers during the summer.

Detangling and Deep conditioner Bases

These other two that I use as deep conditioner bases  when I make deep conditioner mixes or detangling in the shower are;

Free Me Freesia

Island Coconut

I rather to rinse these out because I find that sometimes they are alittle heavier to leave in. At one point, I would buy these two types for co washing also. They too smell amazing, especially the Island coconut!

Vo5 Clarifying Conditioner

Since of lately, I decide to finally try the clarifying conditioner  for co washing ONLY!

Simply because when it says Clarify, it means it cleanses they hair from build up and grease. I love the smell and the clean feeling it gave me after using this product. I rub my scalp or roots of my hair and then the length of my hair. I was really surprise of how clean this product got my hair. It also detangles really well and left my hair moisturized.

Overall, I will always continue to repurchase all five of these conditioner. The clarifying conditioner is a must have in my stash since I co wash mostly. I will alternate in between the other four. Even though this conditioner is rather runny, it gets the job done on my dense or thick hair. I recommend you trying the clarifying conditioner for Co washing purposes if you do co washing.

Until my next post...
