Introduction!

Hello everyone. I am Kelly.. the creator of Naturally Mane. I am Jamaican and a fun loving person who honest, respectful, and oh! A natural hair lover! The meaning of the title is because I rather my natural feature more than anything. I am a very simple person who takes pride in skin and hair care.

 From a child I loved the idea of proper hygiene. I fell in love with skin and hair care during my teen years. I never cared for my hair, for many years until 2013. I had unhealthy relaxed hair most of my teenage years, but at 20 years old I started caring for my hair. I tried to transition twice and failed due to negative comments. I started my third transitioning journey October of that year and made the big chop on April 28th 2014. It was a thrilling experience, I had doubts and panic for two weeks. Finally, I started loving my frizzy, kinky, curly hair. Its mixed textured.

I get the "are you mixed?" question frequently. I would say "kinda" lol. I am not much for hair typing since, I am multli-textured. I am  a product junkie, but a wise one.  By saying this, expect product reviews, my very own homemade deep conditioning recipes and much more.  

I have written many blogs on the site "Hairlista". So its fun having a blog site of my own.
